Vaugarde platform · Horizon

Structure, share and steer your projects over time.

Dynamic, readable and shareable timeline views, editable in a single move.

Horizon is in closed beta, access on request.

Horizon “Project plan” view: phases 1 and 2 of the Palmatum project planned from September to December 2026. The time scale is graduated in months, weeks and days; two phase bands cover the scoping study and then the MVP delivery; over them sit the tasks, two key dates (project kick-off, delivery of the technical foundation), the governance meetings (weekly project committees and monthly steering committees), about ten scoping workshops, the sprint demonstrations and one period of leave. A legend maps a colour to each of these types.

Steering time across multiple projects is complex.

Horizon turns that complexity into a clear, living and shareable timeline view.

The problem

Time scatters, the big picture is lost.

  • Task dependencies that are hard to visualize.
  • Milestones that get lost across projects.
  • Not readable enough for stakeholders.
  • Tedious updates that quickly go stale.

The solution

Dynamic timeline views with Horizon.

  • Smooth navigation through time, with zoom.
  • A clear, shareable timeline.
  • Organization by groups and categories.
  • A living roadmap, editable in a single move.

Horizon “Time off tracking” timeline view: a time scale graduated in months, weeks and days, from June to September 2026, carrying about thirty time-off periods, each labelled with a person and their dates. A school-holiday band spans the summer, a vertical marker shows today’s date, and a legend distinguishes three states: time off approved in the time-management system, approved by email, and awaiting confirmation.
